How does the PokerRing league work?

Season 12: Sep. 27th – Dec. 11th 2011

Each tuesday we play a freeroll with a $20 prize pool. The best 20% of the players receive some money. The money won is best invested in our $2 tournaments.

Each thursday we play a $2 tournament. Our $2 tournaments need 20 players to start and guarantee a $80 prize pool!

Each sunday we play a $10 tournament. Our $10 tournaments need 15 players to start and guarantee a $300 price pool!

At the end of our season we play our grand final with a $1.000 prize pool. Everyone that wins of the 30 previous tournaments is automatically qualified for the final. Also everyone ranking in the top-30 our leader board qualifies for the final.

PokerRing League Details

Starting Sep 27th we play 31 tournaments:
- 10 freerolls with $200 prize pool total – winner qualifies for the final
- 10 $2 tournaments with gtd. $800 prize pool total – winner qualifies for the final
- 10 $10 tournaments with gtd. $3.000 prize pool total – winner qualifies for the final
- 1 final with $1.000 prize money

In total we guarantee $5.000 prize money!

To play in our poker league, you just need a PokerRing account and create an account at 888-poker. Remember: You’ll get $8 for free for just creating an 888-account!

Qualify for the final

To qualify for the final you’ll have to accomplish one of the following feats:
- win a freeroll or
- win a $2 tourney or
- win a $10 tourney or
- finish in the top 30 of our leader board

Leader board points

For each of our 30 qualification tournaments you don’t only receive prize money, but also points for our leader board. Those points are awarded for each player by the following formula:
